I was not feeling well since long time,and I was loosing weight due to poor digestion in the past. I also had Thyroid problem due to this I lacked stamina, my body was aching most of the time and I felt tired. Though I was regularly under treatment also tried various YOGA classes to get benefit of YOGA. Since I was weak I could not cope up with them, instead of any benefit I harmed myself after joining them.
By God's grace I came in your (Poonam Babbar) contact, your approach towards me was very positive and you suggested me Therapy classes instead of regular Yoga. Initially I was very apprehensive but after some time I realized how important this therapy is for me.
Now I am loving my regular sessions of Yoga and I thank you for that.I am feeling much better now and I think I have joined correct path and I am on road to recovery. I once again thank you for this.
My experience of yoga sessions with Dr. Poonam Babbar has been very beautiful. Her style of conducting the class is unique. She teaches yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) with absolute precision, yet in a very relaxing manner.She also uses various props like ropes, bricks, wall etc. to help one to attain the posture and derive its benefits from the day one until one is prepared to attain them without the help of props. This became great motivator for me to continue my learning in yoga as I was very impatient about the results.
I was suffering from very stiff neck for many years and had try many therapies without much result. Just few sessions of yoga therapy with her has provided me more than 50% relief in my situation, which is a miraculous experience for me.

I am taking these yoga classes early morning. It is a good way to start the day - the classes have a good flow and continuity through the pranayamas and asanas, giving a nice sensation and feeling of "body and mind functioning well ".
I have been a reasonably regular member of The Yoga Dham classes. This clearly implies that I have benefited a lot from it and that as a teacher Poonam has converted an initial curiosity in Yoga to adopting it as a regular part of my life.

It gives me great pleasure in recording following few lines about my Yoga Teacher Ms. Poonam Babbar. She is a versatile personality. Firstly, she transformed herself from being a slave to diseases to living a smart and healthy life. This she achieved by adopting Yoga under the guidance of experts and studying various books on the subject. Having discovered the immense pleasures of a healthy and smart life she decided to give it to other suffering from joint pains, backache, headache and those trying to become slim and healthy. This she does by way of prescribing exercises and also some herbal remedies and natural oils as also heat therapy. The exercises are prescribed according to the needs and suitability of a person after studying his/her anatomy and muscular locations. She consults experts and studies books in respect of the problems of a particular person. Her method is observation, application and verification.
I am a man of 69 years and suffered from knee joints pain and shoulder pain when I happen to come across, in April 2012, Yoga Dham, a Studio set by Ms. Poonam to cure various people suffering from body aches and pains and willing to reduce the body bulge. After studying my problems she prescribed exercises suitable for me. She kept changing the exercises as per my requirement. It is because of her sincerity and personalized treatment given to me that my shoulder started working again. Now as for the knee joint pain I had no hope of recovery as one Doctor had told me that there is no medicine which can cure the gap in knee joints. Another Doctor said that 'eventually I would have to undergo surgery.' I was quite scared as walking is life. When you are not able to walk you are dependent on others for various things and life appears to be a burden and lethargy sets in. I am thankful to my teacher who with her devotion and sincerity prescribed such exercises and guided me to adopt the right postures that I am cured of my joint pain.
