The YogaDham runs a number of general classes in a wide range of areas. These classes are aimed at people who have had some exposure to yoga. This class generally follows the pattern of a Sivananda yoga class. Rope sirsasana and various other asanas with the help of props like ropes, bricks, wall etc. are the added features of this class.

Classes are student focused and therapeutic, combining stretching, releasing, aligning, toning, and relaxation practices to help bring body and mind back into balance.
